axomera
About us

The practice where Axomera was created.

We have been treating chronic pain in Düsseldorf since 1995 — and have developed our own procedure here. As a Reference centre for Axomera therapy we now train other practices and treat patients from throughout the German-speaking world and internationally.

Our team

Who you will meet here.

In the order in which you get to know us — not in the order of the titles.

01 · On the phone

Who speaks to you first.

If you are travelling from Belgium or Bavaria, the first person from this practice is a voice on the phone. Both know the procedure, the waiting times, and the routes.

Gabriele Schröder

Medical assistant · Patient coordination

She receives your previous findings, prepares them for medical review, and plans treatment appointments.

Laura Jumirova

Laura Jumirova

Practice organisation · International patients

She manages the secretariat and is usually the first person you speak to. She looks after English-speaking patients from the first inquiry to their arrival;

02 · During treatment

Who treats you.

The same hand from the first to the last session — this is the difference compared to a clinic, where there is someone different in front of you at every appointment.

What guides us.

We take every medical history seriously and check it carefully before proposing treatment. We do not promise any results — progression is individual. And we only treat where we see a meaningful starting point.
